The Director, Media and strategy, Niger State Ministry of Humanitarian Affairs and Disaster management, Habibu Abubakar Wushishi, has claimed that a woman insulted him after he refused to eat in her restaurant because she “bleaches her skin.”
According to Wushishi, as he walked out of the restaurant after noticing the woman’s ‘burnt’ legs, she followed him and asked what he needed.
He pointedly told her he won’t eat her food because she bleaches, prompting the woman to become enraged.
“Around 2pm yesterday, I went to a restaurant around Tunga area of Minna to eat because I was very hungry,” he wrote in a Facebook post on Saturday.
“I met the owner of the restaurant resting with her legs (see picture below) in a straight position. I immediately snapped the legs and turned back to exit out of the place.
The woman followed me and was asking me what I needed and I told her point blank that I will not eat here because you are bleaching and your legs are completely burnt out. She rained insults on me but I didn’t care because I passed the message. I no de take nonsense.”
