Fredrick Chulu was arrested and charged with three charges of using insulting remarks in public. He was charged with using insulting language in violation of Zambian Laws, Section 179, Chapter 87.
Chulu is believed to have appeared in other recordings uttering expletives, according to police spokesperson Rae Hamoonga. He was detained as a result of this, and his films have gone popular on social media.
