Rwanda Police cautions Nigerian content creator for eating on their road while creating content to show how clean their roads are

Rwanda Police took to its X handle on Saturday, February 21, to caution a Nigerian content creator, Joe Bassey, for eating on their road while filming to show how clean the roads in the country are.

Joe who is currently in Rwanda, was marvelled by how clean the roads are. He recorded himself sitting on the road and even eating his food from the ground. According to him, Rwanda has the cleanest roads in the world.

Reacting to the content, the Rwandan police stated that while they appreciate the good intent behind the it, “recording content in the roadway is unsafe and violates road safety regulations, as it puts road users at risk.”
