Cardi B isn’t here for the talk, and she made that crystal clear after Love & Hip Hop alum Hazel E accused her of using “industry games” to climb the rap ladder.
According to Vibe, Hazel made the claims during an appearance on the Shirley’s Temple podcast, alleging that the Bronx rapper got to the top by “sleeping around.” But Cardi didn’t let it slide.
“Name one rapper or exec I fcked to get where I’m at,” Cardi wrote in a fiery post. “The only man I’ve been with in this industry, I married.”
She also tagged Hazel as “a weirdo” and “a miserable a b**ch,” adding, “You hate on people you’ve never met. I can only imagine how you treat the ones close to you.”
Cardi went on to set the record straight about her rise to fame, explaining that she was personally handpicked by Mona Scott-Young to join Love & Hip Hop, and had already made a name for herself in NYC.
“I got picked by Mona Scott herself to be on Love & Hip Hop, not my pu**y,” she added.
Hazel E didn’t back down, claiming Cardi is “the downfall of yet another man,” referring to her rumored relationship with NFL star Stefon Diggs, and even mentioned recent yacht footage allegedly involving Diggs and pink cocaine.
As of now, neither Cardi nor Stefon has commented on the viral clip.
