Physical appearances of some women change during pregnancy. Some of these changes include weight gain and bloating of the face, especially, the nose. For this woman, weight gain and facial bloating are noticeable. Another reason for the difference in her before and after photos are (1) She was wearing make up in the before pregnancy photo so we have no idea of what she looks like behind the veil of make-up, and (2) the pregnancy photos were close-up shots while the before pregnancy photo was taken from a farther distance.
