Model Blac Chyna sues ex-boyfriend for $20 million over alleged @ssault

Blac Chyna has filed a cross-complaint against her ex-boyfriend Twin Hector, denying his allegations of assault and accusing him of repeatedly abusing her during their relationship.

The rapper’s legal response comes after Hector filed a lawsuit in 2024 claiming she attacked him multiple times. In her counterclaim, Chyna argues that any physical contact from her side was an act of self-defence.

Her lawyers stated that during one incident where Hector allegedly suffered an eye injury, she acted only to protect herself after being struck. “Any contact he sustained during the incident was a direct, necessary, and proportionate act of self-defense performed solely to prevent further injury to herself,” her legal team said.

Chyna also accused Hector of breaching a non-disclosure agreement by referencing her in songs he has released, claiming one track alludes to a woman with her exact shoe size. She is seeking at least $20 million in damages over the alleged violation.

In response, Hector’s lawyer dismissed the cross-complaint, calling it an attempt to shift attention away from the original allegations. “In our opinion, [Chyna’s] Cross-Complaint is a frivolous pleading filed with the sole purpose of deflecting attention from her violence toward Twin Hector,” the lawyer said.

He added that his client denies any history of violence and intends to challenge the claims in court. “Twin Hector is the victim here… Ms. White knows the truth… No one is above the law,” he said.

The dispute is now set to be resolved through legal proceedings, with both sides making serious and conflicting allegations.
