A suspected thief has been nabbed for allegedly stealing worshippers’ shoes during prayer at a mosque in Hadejia, Jigawa State.
It was gathered that the suspect has been stealing shoes from various mosques for a long time.
A witness, Muhammed Sani Yusuf, said the incident occurred at the mosque located along Maje road on Saturday, April 11, 2026.
According to him, the number of shoes he has stolen so far are unknown.
