Kamala Harris is set to publish a new book in September, offering an inside look at her historic 2024 presidential campaign.
Titled 107 Days, the book promises to reveal what happened behind the scenes during what became the shortest presidential campaign in modern U.S. history.
“What the world saw on the campaign trail was only a part of the story,” Harris shared in a social media post announcing the book.
In a video message, she added, “I believe there is value in sharing what I saw, what I learned, and what I know it will take to move forward. In writing this book, one truth kept coming back to me: sometimes the fight takes a while.”
Following her defeat by President Donald Trump, Harris has kept a low profile, staying in close contact with her advisors as she considers her next political move.
The book announcement comes just one day after she confirmed she would not be running for governor of California in 2026. Sources close to her say this decision leaves open the possibility of a 2028 presidential run.
