An elderly woman has shared a personal story about why she never got married, pointing to the responsibilities she carried from a young age.
She explained that her priority at the time was taking care of her siblings, which left little room for building her own family.
“I didn’t get married because, during my youth, I was doing oringo and hustling to feed my siblings,” she said.
The woman added that her journey took her across several states in Nigeria and even beyond, as she worked to survive and support her family.
Reflecting on her life, she made it clear that her decisions were shaped by necessity rather than choice.
