Gunmen suspected to be kidnappers have abducted an Anglican priest, Ven. and his wife, Sarah Achi, in Kaduna.
It was gathered that the couple were abducted in the early hours of Tuesday, October 28, 2025.
A family member, Avril, who confirmed the incident said the couple recently moved into a new property.
“Just got news tonight, that my uncle who is also an Anglican Reverend was kidnapped together with his wife, in Kaduna. We were together at my dad’s 70th, a few weeks back… He just moved into that new property, community informants/pointers for kidnappers, is a thing in kd,” he wrote.
The Diocese of Kaduna Anglican Communion also confirmed the abduction of the cleric and his wife, calling on members to unite in prayer for the safe and swift release of the victims.
