Lagos Governor Babajide Sanwo-Olu has congratulated Maryam Lawal, a graduate of Lagos State University (LASU), for her outstanding performance at the Nigerian Law School.
Maryam was named the Best Graduating Female Student and Second Overall Best Student Nationwide, clinching eight awards, including one for Corporate Law Practice.
According to the governor, Maryam’s feat is not just personal—it’s a proud moment for Lagos and a testament to the quality of education at LASU.
“She represents the best of us—brilliance, discipline, and quiet determination,” Sanwo-Olu said.
