The Naples doctor is accused of abusing the ladies while administering laughing gas and cosmetic procedures at the Pure Vida Medical Spa, which he and his wife own.
When a lady complained that Salata had given her nitrous oxide as part of her treatment, but that once it wore off, she realized Salata was having intercourse with her, Naples police opened an inquiry.
According to WBBH, she also claimed that Salata gave her a prescription for Xanax to take before the treatment and offered her tequila to help with the excruciating procedure. The woman claimed she entered Salata’s room twice, with Salata engaging in oral sex with her the first time and having sex with her the second.
A second woman spoke up and related a comparable tale. She said that Salata upped her nitrous oxide dosage before raping her and that his kiss caused a bruised lip.
The ages of the two women ranged between 51 and 72. According to The Herald, Salata has never faced disciplinary action in Florida, Minnesota, or Maryland, where he has previously held a medical license. His bond, according to WBBH, was $200,000
