Edjeba community chairman apologises to woman flogged by masquerade, ?gives her ?100,000 for treatment?

The chairman of the Edjeba community in Delta State has reportedly visited and apologised to the woman who was flogged by a masquerade in a viral video.

 

According to reports, he also gave her ₦100,000 to help cover medical expenses following the incident.
