Nigerian content creator Yhemolee has called out Ibom Air hostess over her attitude during recent local flight.
In a post shared on his page, Yhemolee complained about the crew member’s unfriendly facial expression, saying she “barely smiled” on the two occasions he had seen her.
He compared her demeanor to someone who should be “a conductor or driving Maruwa,” adding that her mood was far from what passengers paying half a million naira for a flight deserved.
According to him, the tone and mood of communication matter, and hostesses are expected to politely ask passengers to comply — not “command” them as though they booked the flight for free.
He suggested that if the hostess was going through personal issues, she should take time off instead of letting it show while on duty.
