CJTF and local vigilante groups behead notorious bandit leader, Kachalla Isuhu Buzu in Zamfara

The Civilian Joint Task Force (CJTF) in collaboration with local vigilante groups, have successfully eliminated a notorious bandit leader, Kachalla Isuhu Buzu, Zamfara State.

Buzu was widely believed to be responsible for violent attacks, kidnapping on rural settlements including Moriki District in Zurmi Local Government Area of the state. 

According to local sources, the operation was carried out by Askarawan Zamfara during a coordinated security effort targeting criminal hideouts linked to persistent attacks on communities across the state. 

Residents said confirmation of the success of the operation was publicly communicated to reassure communities that the feared bandit leader had k!lled and beheaded. 

The development sparked celebrations in parts of the area, with many residents expressing relief and renewed confidence in ongoing security efforts.

Community members described the outcome as a significant turning point, noting that the activities of the bandit leader and his network had caused prolonged fear, displacement, and economic hardship.

Although official details of the operation are yet to be fully disclosed by security authorities, the development has been welcomed by residents who say it has brought a measure of calm and hope for improved safety in the affected communities.
