CCTV captures moment man ‘stole’ phone in a gym (video)

A video making the rounds on social media has shown the moment a man allegedly stole a phone in a gym. 

The young man could be seen in the footage pacing around while monitoring the movement of the owner of the phone as well as other gym users. He capitalised on the loophole he found and carted away the phone.
