Sonia Ighalo has slammed Nigerians who are rejoicing over the announcement of the de@th of former President Muhammadu Buhari.
The model, who used to be married to footballer Jude Ighalo, took to her Instagram Stories to mourn Buhari.
She also cautioned Nigerians against mocking the de@d
She wrote: “Nigerians seem to lack empathy, this is someone’s father, husband, uncle and son.
“Must you all display your caprine tendencies even when calamity befalls?”
She added: “While criticisms of his leadership are valid, celebrating his de@th misses our shared humanity.
“De@th is the final chapter we ALL must face, and in that reality, empathy should always prevail. Shalom.”
