A decomposing body of a yet-to-be-identified woman has been discovered in a bush at Tse-Ayua, along George Akume Way, Makurdi, Benue State.
It was gathered that a passerby made the grim discovery on Monday, March 2, 2026 after noticing something unusual in the area.
Human rights activist, Sughnen Yaaya, who confirmed the incident on Monday morning said he alerted E-Division Police Station.
Meanwhile, members of the public with missing female relatives have been advised to contact the E-Division Police Station or other relevant authorities for possible identification.
