Hollywood actress, Jessica Alba and her ex, Cash Warren have officially finalized their divorce, bringing their nearly two-decade-long relationship to a legal end.
Court documents confirm that the former couple’s split has been completed. They will share joint custody of their three children, aged 17, 14 and 7. Neither party will pay spousal support.
As part of the settlement, a $3 million payment will go to Warren to balance the division of their assets. The sum will be paid by Alba in two non-taxable installments, $1.5 million immediately and another $1.5 million in a year’s time. Alba has also legally restored her last name to Alba.
She filed for divorce in February last year, shortly after the pair publicly announced their separation. The proceedings were described as amicable.
Both have since moved on. Alba has reportedly been dating actor Danny Ramirez for several months, while Warren has also been linked to new romantic interests.
