The brother of Nollywood actress Regina Daniels has spoken out following reports of alleged domestic violence between the actress and her husband, Senator Ned Nwoko.
His reaction comes after a viral video showed the actress crying and lamenting about the constant violence in her marriage.
In her words; “In Ned Nwoko’s house, I am nothing, but in my house, I am a queen. I cannot stand the violence. It’s too much.”
The emotional clip has since spread rapidly across social media, drawing attention from fans, fellow celebrities, and concerned Nigerians.
Brother’s Emotional Outburst
Reacting to the viral video, Regina’s brother poured out his anger in a social media post, calling out Senator Nwoko and accusing him of assaulting his sister.
He said; “It’s very painful that the whole Nigeria will start laughing at my sister Regina. Ned Nwoko b**t my sister and h!t her head on the wall, then ran away and sent thugs. Anywhere I am and a man touches a woman, I will defend her whether she is my sister or not. Senator Ned Nwoko, you’re lucky you ran after beating my sister again and smashing her head on the wall. I swear I for burst all your joy.”
His statement has since gone viral, with many social media users expressing both shock and concern for the actress.
Alleged Attack and Viral Video
Movie producer Stanley On-Top, who shared the video online, alleged that thugs sent by Senator Nwoko tried to attack Regina last night.
He claimed the actress’ brothers were present at the time and stepped in to protect her.
The video, now trending on multiple social platforms, shows Regina visibly shaken as her brothers confront some of the men reportedly sent after her.
Reports also suggest that Regina has since left her husband’s house following the incident, though this has not been officially confirmed by her camp.
