Content creator and entertainer, Carter Efe, has responded sharply to remarks made by socialite Tunde Perry, who claimed that Carter Efe would never get the chance to meet music star Wizkid.
Tunde Perry had initially taken online to share his encounter with the Afrobeats star who is currently in Lagos. He had opined that he could tell Carter Efe clearly that he has no chance of ever meeting Wizkid.

Reacting during a livestream, Carter Efe dismissed the comment as unnecessary and provocative, questioning the importance placed on proximity to Wizkid. He argued that meeting any artist should not be treated as a measure of relevance or success.
Carter Efe went on to highlight the positive impact Davido’s appearance on his livestream has had on his career, stating that his life has taken a different turn since then.

According to him, the interaction opened doors to new opportunities, deals, and financial support, with more people reaching out to him than before.
He suggested that meaningful connections and growth matter more than bragging rights about association with any particular celebrity, stressing that no artist should be elevated to an untouchable or godlike status.
“Since Davido come my livestream, different things just dey come my life. Different deals. People dey reach out to me, dey dash me money and things because of Davido. Because you sit down near Wizkid, body dey sweet you, you come dey talk anyhow. Come sit down with Davido make you see how your life go change. You dey tell me I no fit ever see Wizkid, wetin I wan use Wizkid do? Wizkid na God?” Carter Efe partly said.
