Uzor Arukwe addresses Bambam romance rumour amid alleged split with Teddy A

Nollywood actor Uzor Arukwe has finally addressed rumours linking him romantically with fellow actress Bambam amid speculation about her alleged separation from her husband, Teddy A.

Speaking during an interview with BBC Igbo, the actor clarified his stance on working with married colleagues, stressing that he always maintains professionalism on movie sets.

According to him, he is usually careful when filming romantic or physical scenes with co-stars, especially those who are married.

“I met Bambam for the first time when we shot that movie and before filming, I was always asking my co-lead actor if it is okay to touch them in a certain way, especially the married ones because I don’t want them to have problems at home,” he said.

The ‘Love in every word’ star explained that whenever a script requires intimate scenes, he makes sure to seek consent from his co-stars to avoid misunderstandings outside the movie set.

He added that everything done during filming is strictly professional and should not be misinterpreted as something personal.

“I’m very careful with things like that. I always ask first because I respect people’s homes and marriages,” he added.

His comments come amid online speculation linking him with Bambam and the alleged crisis in her marriage with Teddy A.

The rumours intensified recently after BamBam celebrated her daughter’s birthday at a charity home without Teddy A appearing in the photos.

The speculation further grew after Teddy A took to Instagram to celebrate the women in his life but did not mention BamBam.

However, the couple have not publicly confirmed any separation.
