Tommie Lee, a reality TV star and rapper, was arrested in Miami Beach, Florida, on June 10, 2024, after an altercation outside the popular nightclub Club LIV.
The incident occurred around 2:30 a.m. when Lee, whose real name is Atasha Jefferson, approached an unidentified man and attempted to hand him something. When the man refused her offer, Lee allegedly became aggressive, cursing and threatening to have him killed.

According to the arrest report, Lee’s behavior escalated, with her waving her hands near the man’s face and eventually poking him in the face.
The victim managed to restrain her until police arrived on the scene. Surveillance footage corroborated the victim’s account, leading to Lee’s arrest on a battery charge. She was taken to the Turner Guilford Knight Correctional Center and later moved to the Miami-Dade County Jail.
This arrest is not Lee’s first run-in with the law. She has been arrested multiple times in the past, including for child cruelty, battery, and aggravated stalking.
In 2019, she was arrested for shoving her child’s head into a metal locker and dragging her by the hair at her child’s middle school. Lee has also been involved in altercations with other cast members on the reality TV show “Love & Hip Hop: Atlanta,” where she was a main cast member from seasons 6 and 7 and a supporting cast member in Season 5.
Lee’s recent arrest adds to her extensive list of legal troubles, which include an arrest for making terroristic threats after violating a restraining order obtained by fellow “Love & Hip Hop: Atlanta” cast member Joseline Hernandez. She has also been arrested for showing up drunk to court in a child abuse case in 2019.

Surveillance footage from the club corroborated the man’s account of the incident.
This is not Lee’s first encounter with the law. She has a history of legal troubles, including multiple arrests.
In 2018, she was arrested for child cruelty charges after allegedly assaulting her daughter at her middle school.
Lee also faced additional charges in 2016 and 2017 for offenses ranging from DUI to driving without a license.
Following her arrest at Club LIV, Lee was initially booked into the Turner Guilford Knight Correctional Center but was later moved to the Miami-Dade County Jail.
Her representatives have not yet responded to requests for comment regarding the incident.
