Prince Rakeem Mkambala, the newborn son of Priscilla Ojo and Juma Jux, has gained over 50K followers on Instagram within an hour of his birth.
Iyabo Ojo announced the birth of Rakeem, her grandson, sharing a heartwarming photo of the mother and child at the hospital in good health.
Alongside the announcement, the grandmother revealed an Instagram handle created for their newborn. Within the first half hour, the page amassed an astonishing 36,000 followers, and shortly after, the number climbed past 55,000.

The development has generated mixed reactions online. While some applauded the overwhelming support for Iyabo Ojo and her family, others criticised Nigerians for what they described as misplaced priorities.
An X user, @your_Favxparte, mocked the development, writing: “36,400 mumu and jobless people. Na Tinubu and the likes really fit them.” Another, @workof_Godd, added: “Nigerian people too mumu 😂.”
The newborn’s follower surge continues to trend, making baby Rakeem one of the fastest-growing celebrity accounts in Nigeria.
