In an effort to stay out of trouble with the law, the 43-year-old singer, who was charged with DWI on June 18, has given up his fancy car and started walking to golf lessons in a pair of sneakers.
Images that Page Six was able to obtain show Justin Timberlake walking through Lower Manhattan to a nearby golf facility with a caddie. The pop icon is seemingly taking advantage of this time to relax and improve his golf game.
He is dressed casually in a blue basketball short, sneakers, a cap, and a vintage Grateful Dead shirt. This occurs just one day after Timberlake performed twice at New York’s renowned Madison. Garden, to the enthusiastic applause of his wife Jessica Biel.
It appears that Timberlake made the deliberate choice to concentrate on golf during his break from the “Forget Tomorrow World Tour” in order to avoid driving himself and possibly run afoul of additional legal repercussions.
The frontman of NSYNC, who was arrested for driving while intoxicated and had “bloodshot” eyes, reportedly decided to “avoid driving himself” by walking to his golf lessons after being charged with DWI, even though he said he had only had “one martini.”.
