Josiah Bell, the ex-husband of renowned Hollywood actress, Jurnee Smollett, reportedly demands 50% of her retirement funds.
This comes after Smollett paid Bell nearly $1 million as part of their divorce settlement in 2021.
Their divorce stemmed from irreconcilable differences after nearly a decade of marriage.
Recall that Jurnee Smollett and Josiah Bell tied the knot on October 24, 2010, at the Los Angeles Botanical Garden.
The wedding had close associates and family in attendance, with her father-in-law officiating the ceremony.
According to reports, Josiah Bell is seeking a share of Jurnee Smollett’s 401(k) and Screen Actors Guild (SAG) pension.
