Nigerian music producer and singer Samklef has reacted after singer Crayon publicly criticized his former label boss Don Jazzy and Mavin Records.
Crayon, who joined the label in 2019, took to social media in a series of posts, later deleted, where he accused the music executive of being responsible for his mother’s death.

He also alleged that Don Jazzy owed him unpaid royalties and claimed that a large sum of money had been collected without him receiving any share.
In the posts, the singer further alleged that delayed payments were being used against him and vowed to expose the label.
Samklef reacts to drama
Reacting to the development, Samklef suggested that things had changed for Don Jazzy since his recent association with social media activist VeryDarkMan.

He questioned whether the situation could be karma and also made remarks about the state of the label and its artists, including Ayra Starr, whose recent appearance in a music video he criticized.
