Hollywood actress, Bella Thorne has made headlines following her proposal to Mark Emms, a British producer and entrepreneur.
In a video posted to Instagram, Bella Thorne is seen getting down on one knee, surrounded by candles, flowers, and heart-shaped balloons, as she proposes to Mark Emms.
According to the actress, her proposal comes a year after Mark Emms proposed to her.
The post reads, “3 years ago we met, 1 year later he proposed. 1 year later, so did I 😚❤️”.
