American singer, Adam Levine and his wife, Behati Prinsloo, have sold their Montecito, California, estate.
It would be recalled that the couple purchased the luxurious property for $52 million three years ago.

According to a report from TMZ, the listing was held by Kurt Rappaport of Westside Estate Agency and Robert Riskin of Riskin Partners Estate Group of Village Properties.
TMZ reports that the property was sold on October 7, 2025, for a staggering amount of $60 million.

According to TMZ, the estate, built by Rob Lowe in 2009, features a 13,000-square-foot house that sits on nearly 3.5 acres, with 360-degree views of the ocean and mountains.
The property has two guest homes, a gym, tennis court, home theater, koi pond, and chicken coop.
Adam remodeled the home with Clements Design, the same interior designers who have worked with other prominet entertainment figures, including the Kardashians and Bruno Mars.
According to a recent report, the couple sold the property to relocate to a home closer to their kids’ school.
It would be recalled that the couple tied the knot on March 19, 2014 in Los Angeles.
The event was attended by close family and friends of the couple.
