Dagama addressed the controversy via her Instagram Stories on Tuesday, February 4, after Nigerians flooded her page with criticism over a clip purportedly showing the Edo North senator massaging her feet aboard a private jet.
The video sparked widespread debate online due to the luxury setting and the identity of the man seen in the footage.

While some initially speculated that the woman in the video might be Oshiomhole’s wife, others disagreed, prompting online users to investigate further. This led many Nigerians to Dagama’s social media pages, where she was identified as the woman in the clip.

Responding to the backlash, Dagama did not deny being the woman in the video but urged critics to direct their anger elsewhere, writing: “Your senator is the problem, go be mad at him, not me.”
Meanwhile, Senator Oshiomhole has denied the authenticity of the video through his media aide, claiming it was generated using artificial intelligence.
