Arrested Quiana Mann 10-year-old son To Be Jailed: On Monday, a 10-year-old Wisconsin boy who is accused of killing his mother last month by shooting her made his first court appearance.
WTMJ reports that Quiana Mann’s kid is facing adult charges since homicide cases are automatically heard in adult court once the offender reaches the age of 10. The youngster was not to be restrained throughout the hearing, according to the judge, unless his behavior improved.
According to reports, the child shot Mann, 44, in the face because he had woken him up early and hadn’t bought him a virtual reality headset. The first thing he said was that he shot his mother by accident while whirling the rifle, and he also said that he intended to shoot the wall to frighten her.
The morning after fatally shooting his mother, the kid allegedly went to Amazon and bought the item, an Oculus VR headset. He allegedly struck his 7-year-old cousin that morning, which prompted his aunt to take him to his grandmother’s home where child protection workers were present.

I’m truly sorry for what occurred, the youngster apparently said to his grandmother. I’m sorry for killing my mum,” he said before inquiring about the status of his Amazon order.
The child allegedly told police that he knew that weapons could kill people. Although Mann had installed cameras all around the house, they were not powered up when she was shot to death.
The boy is accused of first-degree intentional homicide as well as first-degree reckless homicide.
The boy’s attorneys requested on Wednesday that his $50,000 bond be reduced to $100 because they said that was the only money their client had. According to WTMJ, the judge rejected the request, citing the seriousness of the offense and uncertainty about the boy’s living situation.
The boy’s family had reportedly been worried about his “rage issues” for some time. They described to the authorities how the puppy has swung around till it howled in pain by a 4-year-old boy. Mann reportedly got rid of the puppy because she was concerned for its welfare.
The youngster allegedly stuffed a balloon with flammable liquid, lit it on fire inside the house six months prior to the fatal gunshot, and caused significant damage. The young boy allegedly told his mother that he then heard five persons talking to him in his head: two sisters, an elderly woman, a man, and a second man who he described as “nasty.”
On January 19, Mann’s son must appear in court once more.
