He is a White neighbour in the Travis Ranch subdivision in Forney, Texas, according to the Kaufman County Sheriff’s Office. A 9-year-old White youngster with spectacles was seen whipping at Dee Nash’s door.
The victim claimed to be looking for his 9-year-old daughter. When he knocked on the door, his wife pushed him away. The boy then allegedly scratched the car of a Black neighbour, which was captured on tape by another neighbour’s external surveillance camera.
Nash visited the White child’s home to speak with his parents. However, he was told to vacate his home. The White neighbour grabbed his gun and fired a shot near his daughter as Nash approached.
What Was Bryan T. Brunson Arrested For
For his violent behaviour, Bryan T. Brunson was arrested. After Nash’s family alerted them of the incident, Kaufman County Constables from Precinct 2 put him into custody.
They confiscated his.357 Cal firearm, which his family confirmed was stolen. According to Hispanic News Network, he will face one to ten years in jail. And he may have to pay a fine of up to $10,000 if he is convicted.
Additionally, as per the law, a felony conviction carries a mandatory minimum of two years in prison.
