Suspected bandits have abducted and murdered a farmer, Malam Musa Dogo and his eldest son, Uzaifa in Niger State.
The two victims were kidnapped from their farm in Zangata, Kontagora Local Government Area of the state on Thursday, November 5, 2026.
Their bodies were discovered in the early hours of Friday.
The funeral prayers for the deceased was held on Friday, at 4:30 p.m. at the Maidubu Primary School football field in Kontagora.
The circumstances surrounding their abduction and deaths, including whether any ransom was demanded, remain unclear.
