The California Franchise Tax Board has filed a $116,732.37 tax lien against Blac Chyna, whose legal name is Angela White, for the 2024 tax year.
The filing comes years after Chyna, 38, and her former partner Rob Kardashian, 39, agreed to end monthly child support payments for their daughter, Dream, now nine. Kardashian initially agreed to pay Chyna $20,000 a month under a custody agreement reached in 2017. In November 2018, he asked to have the payments reduced, saying he could no longer afford them and that their breakup had affected his earning potential.
Under a new agreement reached in March 2019, neither parent would pay child support to the other. Each would cover Dream’s expenses during their own parenting time, while sharing certain costs, including medical care and schooling. In a 2020 interview with SiriusXM’s Hip Hop Nation, Chyna described raising her children without child support as her “biggest flex”.
“Just honestly taking care of my kids by myself as a single parent, but no child support,” she said. In March 2022, however, Chyna said she had given up three of her cars because she was a single mother receiving “no support”. Kardashian and rapper Tyga, the father of her son, King Cairo, disputed her account.
Kardashian said he paid $37,000 a year for Dream’s schooling, covered her medical bills and extracurricular activities, and cared for her from Tuesday through Saturday. Tyga, 36, said he paid $40,000 a year for King’s tuition and that his son, now 14, stayed with him from Monday through Saturday.
Chyna and Tyga reached a custody settlement in 2023 that gave them joint legal and physical custody. Under that agreement, King spends Friday through Monday with Chyna and the rest of the week with Tyga, who is not required to pay child support. Chyna and Kardashian sparked speculation about a reconciliation in October 2025 when she tagged him in photos of herself wearing an all-white outfit and wrote, “This love is forever.” Kardashian liked the post.
Days later, at the Los Angeles Women’s Expo, Chyna said the two were communicating and “just going with the flow”. She said a reunion would depend on God’s will. “We’re just taking our time. I’m excited. He’s my person,” she said. By December 24, Chyna said she was ending the year single.
