Former Premier League goalkeeper Shay Given has married his fiancée after a 12-year engagement.
The 50-year-old football pundit, who played for Newcastle United, Manchester City and the Republic of Ireland, married Rebecca Gibson at Westminster Abbey on Saturday, October 10.
For the wedding, Given wore a tuxedo, while Gibson wore an elegant dress made by New York designer Tom Sebastien.

Their two daughters, Gracie and Cassie, were bridesmaids, as well as Sienna from Given’s first marriage to Jane Cunningham. Given and Cunningham also have a son together called Shayne.
After the wedding, Gibson and Given – who met while she was working in PR – held an after-party at Hotel Cafe Royal.

Shay Given is widely regarded as one of Ireland’s greatest-ever goalkeepers, having enjoyed an illustrious playing career with several Premier League clubs, including Newcastle United, Manchester City, Aston Villa, Stoke City and Blackburn Rovers. He made 451 appearances in the English top flight.
Since hanging up his gloves, Given has transitioned into television punditry, working with several media outlets, including BBC Sport.
