AC Milan are planning to offer Nigerian winger Samuel Chukwueze a contract extension following an impressive start to his 2026/27 campaign.
The 27-year-old international has started each of Milan’s opening three Serie A fixtures, contributing two assists as he establishes himself in the Rossoneri starting lineup.
Chukwueze’s existing contract with the seven-time European champions runs through June 2028, but transfer journalist Nicolò Schira reports that club officials are ready to open formal negotiations to extend his commitment to the San Siro outfit.
The Nigeria winger returned to San Siro ahead of the current campaign after spending the 2025/26 season on loan in the Premier League with Fulham. He initially joined AC Milan from Spanish side Villarreal in the summer of 2023.
