An @rmd man allegedly lngd at Ohio Democratic gubernatorial nominee Dr. Amy Acton during an event at the annual Canfield Fair on Sunday, !njr!ng two people in the ensuing chaos. The suspect, identified as 38-year-old Patrick Havas, allegedly entered the Mahoning County Democratic Party tent and pushed his way to the front, knocking several volunteers to the ground, according to party chairman Chris Anderson. Mahoning County Sheriff Jerry Greene said Havas was carrying two concealed f!r@rms and br@ss knckls while also holding a phone camera. He allegedly pushed two older adults to the ground during the incident. Actons security team, made up of Ohio State Highway Patrol troopers, apprehended Havas before Canfield Fair Police took him into custody. Authorities said he never brnd!shed the f!r@rms during the confrontation. Havas has been charged with two counts of ass@ult and one count of disorderly conduct. He is not facing any f!r@rms-related charges. Acton, a physician running against Republican Vivek Ramaswamy in the governors race, was not hurt. She reportedly remained at the fair to attend to one of the !njrd people. The Mahoning County Democratic Party condemned political v!olnc, while Ramaswamys campaign also described the incident as unacceptable.
