Nollywood actress Uche Ogbodo has revealed that she has been receiving an overwhelming number of messages from men following her announcement that she has separated from her estranged husband, Bobby Maris.
Taking to her Instagram Story, the actress said she has been surprised by the number of men trying to get her attention since news of her separation became public.
“100 DMs a day is too much for me. Please, you all should chill oo! I’m not searching yet. Let me breathe first. It’s like all these men have been looking for a way to get to me because what in heaven is going on in my DM? Na wa oo!” she wrote.
The mother of two expressed shock over the sudden attention, saying she never expected her inbox to become this busy after revealing her marital struggles.
Uche Ogbodo jokingly added that it feels like some men had been waiting for an opportunity to approach her, judging by the number of messages flooding her inbox.
Her revelation comes shortly after the actress announced the end of her marriage to her husband, Bobby Maris, saying she had grown tired of the relationship with a man who acted like a princess despite the years they spent together.
Her post has drawn reactions online, with many Nigerians commenting on the attention she has received following her separation.
