Man weighs in on YCee–Peller debate, says rapper had a point

A Nigerian man has joined the ongoing online debate between rapper YCee and content creator Peller, arguing that while YCee may have been wrong to mention Peller by name, his broader concern was valid.

In a video circulating online, the man claimed that Peller and his wife, Jarvis, would likely not want their future child to emulate Peller’s style of content creation.

According to him, this is one of the reasons creators work hard, to give their children opportunities for a different or better life.

He also referenced a talent hunt reportedly organized by Carter Efe, alleging that many participants relied on outrageous or attention-grabbing behavior rather than showcasing traditional talents.

The man argued that YCee’s criticism of what he described as a growing culture of sensational online content was not entirely misplaced, although he felt the rapper should not have singled out Peller personally.

He further urged Peller to conduct himself in a manner he believes reflects his responsibilities as a married man.

He said …

“Peller we all know Jarvis won’t want your child to be like you that’s why you’re hustling for a better life for your child, Carterefe did a talent hunt & everyone there were displaying madness to blow up no proper talent,Ycee was not wrong he was only wrong for mentioning your name, you’re a married man act like it”
