Mayowa Lambe has shared her perspective on love and relationships following her split from Roby Ekpo and subsequent remarriage.
Recall that Roby Ekpo had made explosive revelations during his recent appearance on the Honest Bunch podcast, where he revealed how she had left him to remarry, despite his many sacrifices.
Speaking candidly, she described herself as someone who experiences love in extremes, explaining that once she falls deeply, she becomes fully committed, even in situations where she may recognize reasons to leave.
However, she emphasized that disrespect is a defining boundary for her. According to Lambe, once that line is crossed, her feelings can shift instantly, leading her to completely detach from the relationship without hesitation.
“It’s either I’m in love or I’m not. For someone like me, falling in love can be hard, but when I do I collapse. My brain shuts down completely. I could even be in it and know that there are things I should walk away from but I’ll still stay inside because I’m in love. Now disrespect is a big thing for me. The moment you do something so disrespectful to the point where my brain just shifts, it’s like a 360 switch. In that moment, all the love has gone. And it’s not like it’d go and I will still be there. I’ll be completely gone. Cause it’s either I love you or I don’t, there is no middle ground….” she said.
