Businesswoman continues to berate Jim Iyke for his comments equating spending in a relationship to pr0stitution

A businesswoman has continued to call out actor Jim Iyke for stating that if he has to spend money on a woman every time they meet then it’s not a relationship but pr0stitution.

Jim Iyke’s statement had sparked mixed reactions last week and married mother-of-two Roberta Edu responded to him (read here).

Days after her post went viral, she has made another one, berating Jim Iyke for his lifestyle.

She wrote: “As you grow older and experience life, you begin to realize that many of the things older people did, things we frowned at or talked down on, were actually wisdom. I have seen a lot, but let me focus on marriage for men.

“Do you remember when older parents used to arrange marriages or ensure their sons got married early, even if they were unstable? It was because they had realized that women have an incredible ability to refine and package men of all status, presenting them as shining gold.

“Alot of married man you admire, who is married to smart women, may not actually have much sense on his own. The women in their lives have packaged them beautifully. There is an aura that comes from living with a sensible woman, it makes men behave better outwardly, develop wisdom, and appear attractive and presentable.

“That is why when a man lives too long without being married, or when a good woman leaves him, you suddenly see men you once held in high esteem misbehaving. The aura is gone, the veil is broken, and you begin to wonder: is this the same person?

“It has happened time and again. Tell me why a supposed legend like Jim Iyke, whom we admired as kids, at this middle age of life cannot get his act together. Every time he speaks, he diminishes his status, ruins our childhood fantasy, and displays the absence of a solid woman in his life.

“Have you seen Ramsey Nouah throwing tantrums about women? Or Chidi Mokeme, who once seemed like the least sensible of them all, look at how mature, calm, and classy he has become.

“The difference is clear: they are grounded in their homes, touched by genuine women, submerged in the halo of their wives. They cannot just come out and embarrass themselves. Instead, they speak on things that matter and return to their homes, no disgrace, no unnecessary trends on issues that should concern 23-year-olds boys.

“I have learned this early. Cheers to raising my son to wholesomeness and ensuring he marries a good woman before 30.”
