A Nigerian woman and legal analyst at the World Bank group, Vivian Irondi, has advised people to marry partners with similar financial standing, intellectual capacity, and academic level.
The philanthropist and mother of two, who gave the advice in a Facebook post said the ‘rich groom vs poor bride’ dynamic doesn’t end well.
“I beg you, marry within your tax bracket. Marry within your intellectual capacity, and academic level too. Stop this rich groom vs poor bride, vice versa. It doesn’t end well,” she wrote.
