Nigerian comedian and streamer Carter Efe has shared claims about his past church experiences and how Sydney tried to discourage him from streaming.
Speaking during the Honest Bunch podcast, Carter Efe said he used to attend church regularly while growing up but later stopped due to personal beliefs about some churchgoers.

He alleged that his colleague, Sydney, whom he described as very devoted to church activities, once advised him to stop streaming online.
Carter Efe further claimed that he was told to give someone identified as Kolu ₦1 million to distance himself permanently, allegedly over fears that singer Portable might spiritually harm him. He said he rejected the suggestion.
He said …
“I dey go church well well before when I small but I later stop because people wey dey go church well well them be winsh. Sydney dey go church well well and him tell me make I stop streaming. I see am like winsh immediately. Him say make I give Kolu 1 million Naira make him Comot from my side permanently, I say no. Say him dey fear say Portable go do me juju.”
