Meanwhile, Aunty Ajara was laid to rest on February 5, 2026, according to Islamic rites.
The burial ceremony was attended by close family members, friends, and a few colleagues from the film industry.
Videos and clips shared on social media showed emotional moments as she was buried, with her brother Ridwan Lasisi announcing her passing earlier that day.
Notably, Aunty Ajara, whose real name was Ajara Lasisi, was a beloved Nigerian actress and social media personality.
Born on July 13, 1992, in Ogun State, Nigeria, she rose to fame with her unique comedic timing and memorable roles in Yoruba-language films.
