One Musa Ahmad Elshaarawy, from Gombe State, is set to marry his uncle’s daughter, Khadija.
He announced their wedding in a Facebook post on Tuesday, January 14, 2026 along with a throwback photo of him and Khadija.
He was 12 then and Khadija, 2.
According to the invite, the wedding will be held on January 23, 2026.
“What God cannot do does not exist. This picture is me and my uncle’s daughter. We took this picture in 2011. At the age of 12 and this girl was 2 years old,” he wrote.
“Served with her so much when they came to our house, her and her mom. By this time we are so used to her, she even cries when I raise her and she keeps quiet. I still remember saving money for transport to school to buy her choki choki and cheese balls. Even though she is naughty, I take her to have fun because the shaqwar hates us. This girl is called Khadeejerh. Today remains 10 days to my wedding with her.”
