His fiancée’s sister, who uses the name Precious Ojo on X, shared screenshots of the exchange along with photos of the wedding invitation bearing the names “Femi Daniels & Ijeoma Ojo,” with a scheduled date in March 2026 in Lagos. Precious said she was confused by the groom’s comment, writing that the wedding was only weeks away and asking if she was “overthinking it.”
She later stated that people were failing to understand the seriousness of her concern, insisting that the remark felt disrespectful and dismissive of the upcoming marriage. Her posts gained traction, with users offering contrasting opinions, some arguing that the statement was insensitive, others saying the reaction was exaggerated and that social media comments should not be taken as a reflection of commitment.
