Former Nickelodeon star Tylor Chase, now 36, was found homeless in a heartbreaking viral video.
The actor, who played Martin Qwerly on “Ned’s Declassified School Survival Guide” from 2004 to 2007, was seen living on the streets of Riverside, California in the clip.
The fan who took the footage asked Chase, who appeared extremely disheveled, if he was on Disney Channel.
“Nickelodeon,” Chase clarified, telling the fan that he was on “Ned’s Declassified.”
“Oh yeah, you’re that kid on it,” the fan responded, as Chase told her his full name.
The video of Chase sparked widespread concern on social media.
