Kourtney Kardashian opened up about her wellness routine and family life on Tuesday, revealing that she is still breastfeeding her two-year-old son, Rocky Thirteen.
The 46-year-old reality star made the disclosure during Women’s Wear Daily’s Beauty Inc Awards in New York, where she sat on a panel titled “Lemme Lead: Redefining Wellness & Access” alongside her Lemme co-founder Simon Huck.
Kourtney, who welcomed Rocky in November 2023 with husband Travis Barker, spoke about how she keeps her energy up as a mother of four. When asked where her strength comes from, she replied:
“Honestly, I have no idea. I wonder that. I do no alcohol. I’m breastfeeding.”
Huck chimed in, reminding her she used to be “a matcha girl,” to which she replied she can’t wait to have it again, even though she technically could consume it while breastfeeding.
She added that avoiding caffeine and alcohol has simply become a personal choice, Daily Mail reported.
Healthcare experts recommend exclusive breastfeeding for about six months, and continued breastfeeding while introducing complementary foods from one year upward.
Kourtney also spoke about managing her daily routine, saying she has a few non-negotiables: daily walks, taking her supplements, getting at least eight hours of sleep.
The Kardashians star, dressed in a white suit for the event, also shared how she uses some of her Lemme products, including taking the liquid colostrum supplement directly instead of mixing it in coffee, since she avoids caffeine completely.
As a mother to Mason, Penelope, and Reign from her previous relationship with Scott Disick — and now Rocky with Barker — she said balancing wellness with parenting depends on moderation and consistency:
“Sometimes moms come last… there’s only so much time in the day.”
Kourtney also revealed she doesn’t often seek business advice from her mom, Kris Jenner, or her famous siblings, saying they rarely talk business when they’re together. But when she needs clarity on something serious, she still goes to Kris for answers.
