Nigerian singer and songwriter, Omah Lay, has made a startling confession about the impact of his lifestyle.
The “Soso” singer took to his Snapchat to lament that excessive smoking of weed has taken a toll on his health, revealing that he now has to wear eyeglasses.
Speaking in a video, Omah Lay said: ”Igbo has finished me. My eyes are gone. I never thought a time would come when I would begin to wear glasses”
While Omah Lay did not go into further details, his statement has reignited conversations about the physical and mental effects of substance use among young entertainers.
