The Nasarawa State All Progressives Congress (APC) Publicity Secretary, High Chief Otaru Douglas has blamed the rise in the number of unmarried people on free or transactional s3x.
Chief Otaru, who stated this in a Facebook post on Monday, October 20, suggested that the issue can be remedied if women deny men s3x.
“The unmarried population is increasing bcos of access to free or transactional s3x. Men ‘ll marry by the time ladies deny dem s3x,” he wrote.
